We treat all client information, business context, and the specific contents of intelligence briefs as confidential. We will not share client-specific information with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Intelligence briefs are produced exclusively for the client who commissioned them and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with competitors of Markvise without prior written consent.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the intelligence briefs produced for their business for internal purposes. The Business Condition Index framework, methodology, report templates, and any proprietary analytical tools remain the intellectual property of Markvise.
